These Terms of Service govern your use of the Court Society website and any purchases made through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Court Society offers padel apparel, accessories, personalized products and made-to-order products.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and sizing information are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, fabric, printing and manufacturing.

2. Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details are correct before placing an order.

This includes:

  • Names

  • Flags

  • Sizes

  • Colours

  • Custom wording

  • Sponsor selections

  • Other personalization details

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Personalized products that have been correctly made according to the customer's specifications cannot generally be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection.

This does not affect your rights where an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly produced by Court Society.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:

  • Payment failure

  • Suspected fraud

  • Pricing errors

  • Product availability issues

  • Technical errors

  • Inability to complete requested personalization

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters fulfilment or production.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or technical errors in accordance with applicable law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing, production and delivery timeframes are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Court Society is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Personalized and made-to-order products are subject to different return conditions from standard products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that customers may have under South African consumer law.

7. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

We recommend reviewing the relevant size guide before completing your order, particularly when purchasing personalized products.

Minor measurement variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes, promotions, giveaways and special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively

  • Promotions may have expiry dates

  • Certain products may be excluded

  • Promotional offers are subject to availability

9. Intellectual Property

All Court Society branding, designs, logos, graphics, photography, product names, website content and other original material remain the intellectual property of Court Society or their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use our content without permission.

Third-party logos displayed on collaboration or sponsored products remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Customer-Supplied Content

Where customers submit logos, artwork, names or other custom material, they confirm that they have permission to use that content.

Court Society reserves the right to refuse any personalization request that may infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

11. Website Use

You may not use our website:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To submit fraudulent orders

  • To interfere with website security

  • To upload malicious software

  • To copy or exploit website content without permission

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, marketing or other functionality.

These providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Court Society will not be responsible for losses caused by:

  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Failure to follow product care instructions

  • Misuse of products

  • Unauthorized alterations

  • Courier or third-party disruptions outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection legislation.

15. Changes to These Terms

Court Society may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website with the updated date shown above.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights provided under applicable South African consumer legislation.
