Delivery & Returns Policy

Last updated: October 2026

At Court Society, every order is prepared with care. Many of our products are produced or personalized specifically for each customer, so processing and delivery times may differ from standard ready-to-ship retail orders.

By placing an order with Court Society, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

During product launches, promotional periods, large releases or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Personalized and made-to-order products may require additional production time before they are ready for dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, please allow approximately 10–15 business days for production, dispatch and delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, order type, production requirements and courier operations.

Although we work to have every order delivered as quickly as possible, delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

Where there is a material delay with your order, please contact us so that we can assist.

3. Shipping Fees

Applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any promotional free-delivery offers are subject to the terms of the promotion applicable at the time of purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been handed over to the courier.

Where an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer results in the parcel being returned or requiring redelivery, the customer may be responsible for reasonable additional delivery charges.

6. Missed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

Customers are responsible for being available to receive their order or for following any instructions provided by the courier.

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to Court Society, we will contact you regarding redelivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply where a further delivery is required due to an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery or another circumstance attributable to the customer.

7. Standard / Non-Personalized Products

For eligible non-personalized products purchased online, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must:

  • Be unworn other than what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try on the item;

  • Be unwashed;

  • Be unused;

  • Not have been altered or damaged; and

  • Where reasonably possible, include the original tags and packaging.

To request a return, please contact Court Society within the applicable return period before sending the product back.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

8. Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Products that are personalized, customized or made specifically to your specifications cannot generally be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

This includes products customized with details such as:

  • Player names;

  • National flags;

  • Custom wording;

  • Sponsor selections;

  • Custom branding; or

  • Other customer-requested personalization.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization information submitted when placing an order is correct.

Please carefully check spelling, names, flags, sizes and any other custom selections before completing your order.

Once production of a personalized product has started, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

This does not affect your rights where the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly manufactured or does not correspond with the order that you placed.

9. Incorrect Personalization Submitted by the Customer

Court Society will produce personalized products according to the information submitted with the order.

We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect information supplied by the customer, including spelling errors, incorrect names, incorrect flag selections or other incorrect customization details.

If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with the change, although changes cannot be guaranteed.

10. Wrong Item Received

If Court Society sends you an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs of the item, packaging and order information so that we can verify the issue.

Once confirmed, Court Society will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement of the incorrect product or a refund where applicable.

Reasonable return or collection costs relating to an error made by Court Society will be covered by us.

11. Damaged or Defective Products

Every Court Society product is expected to meet an appropriate standard of quality.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or materially fails to meet the quality reasonably expected of the product, please contact us with:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue; and

  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

Products are covered by the consumer protections applicable under South African law, including the statutory warranty applicable to defective goods.

Where a product qualifies as defective under applicable law, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, as applicable.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect washing, failure to follow the supplied care instructions, misuse, accidental damage or alterations made after delivery will not ordinarily be considered a manufacturing defect.

12. Exchanges

Eligible non-personalized products may be exchanged within the applicable return period, subject to stock availability and the conditions of this policy.

If the requested replacement product or size is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you.

Personalized or customized products cannot generally be exchanged for another size or design where the item was correctly manufactured according to the customer's original order.

Customers should therefore carefully review the relevant size guide before ordering a personalized product.

13. Return Procedure

Before returning any product, please contact Court Society through the customer support details provided on our website.

Please include your:

  • Full name;

  • Order number;

  • Product being returned; and

  • Reason for the return.

Where relevant, photographs may be requested.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Products should not be sent back without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

14. Return Shipping

For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

Where a return is required because Court Society supplied an incorrect, damaged or qualifying defective product, Court Society will be responsible for the reasonable return or collection costs as required.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning a product for which you are responsible for shipping.

15. Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be processed back to the original payment method used for the order.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to an online transaction, refunds will be handled within the period required by applicable South African law.

16. Sale & Promotional Products

Products purchased during a sale or promotional period remain subject to your applicable statutory consumer rights.

However, personalized or made-to-order products remain subject to the personalized-product provisions of this policy regardless of whether they were purchased at full price or during a promotion.

17. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For standard products, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before fulfilment or dispatch.

For personalized or made-to-order products, cancellation may no longer be possible once production has started.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation right that you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

18. Changes to Orders

Requests to change sizes, colours, delivery details or personalization information should be made as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes where production or fulfilment has not yet started.

Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

19. Consumer Rights

This policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable South African consumer legislation.

Nothing contained in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or other applicable legislation.

20. Contact Us
