At Court Society, every order is prepared with care to ensure that your products meet our quality standards.
Order Processing
Orders require approximately 2–5 business days to be processed before production and fulfilment begin.
Production and Delivery Lead Time
Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 10–15 business days for production, fulfilment and delivery.
Customers should therefore expect to receive their orders approximately 12–20 business days from the date the order is placed.
Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, supplier delays or unusually high order volumes.
We will make every reasonable effort to keep customers informed if a significant delay affects their order.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, customers will receive their tracking details once the order has been completed and handed over to the courier.
Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order. Court Society cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.
